Equities

Equities (shares in companies) are an important source of long-term investment growth. While the value of equities can rise and fall over time, they have historically provided higher returns than many lower-risk investments over longer periods.

The Trustee invests in equities to help grow the Scheme's assets and support the payment of members' benefits.

The Scheme's equity investments are managed by Legal & General.
